Hi, I’m Taya

I’m a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and meal prep specialist passionate about helping women build healthier, happier lives that actually feel good.

But my relationship with food, fitness, and my body hasn’t always
been this way.

Growing Up, I Didn’t Feel at Home in My Body

I’d love to tell you that I’ve always had a balanced, joyful relationship with food, fitness, and my body but the truth is, I didn’t.

For years, I struggled with how I looked and lived in cycles of frustration eating whatever was easy, barely moving, and feeling like I was failing my body.

When I finally stepped into the gym, something clicked. I discovered bodybuilding and at first, I loved it. The structure, the challenge, the discipline it felt like I finally had control.

But what started as excitement quickly turned into obsession. I was chasing numbers on the scale, tracking every bite, and constantly criticizing myself in the mirror.

That drive eventually led me to the bodybuilding stage. Competing taught me a lot about discipline, yes but it also showed me the dark side of pushing too far.

I reached the level of “shredded” I thought I wanted so badly and realized it didn’t bring the happiness I imagined. I was lean, but I wasn’t well. I had lost touch with what health really meant.

Discipline can change your body but only
self-compassion can heal it.

I thought achieving the perfect body would bring me peace, but instead it left me more disconnected than ever.

That realization was my wake-up call. I knew I couldn’t keep living in extremes constantly fighting my body, chasing perfection, and sacrificing my health in the process.

So I began to slow down and listen.

I started learning about my cycle and discovered how much my hormones affected my energy, cravings, and performance. Instead of forcing myself to train like a warrior every single day, I began honoring those natural rhythms pushing harder when my body felt strong, and allowing rest when it needed to recover.

I also changed the way I nourished myself. No more obsessive tracking, no more restriction. Instead, I focused on real food that fueled my body, supported my hormones, and gave me energy to actually live my life.

Cooking, something I’d loved since childhood and even pursued in chef school for a season, became joyful again. The kitchen turned into a place of healing, not control.

Slowly, I started to feel more like myself. Stronger. Healthier. Happier. And for the first time, I realized that true health wasn’t about chasing a look, it was about creating a life that felt good from the inside out.

Living with Freedom & Confidence

Today, my definition of health looks nothing like it did when I was competing. I still set goals, but they support me instead of breaking me down. I move in ways that feel good, not punishing. I eat food that nourishes and energizes me, not food that controls me. And most importantly, I live with balance, confidence, and freedom.

This is why I do the work I do now.

I know how heavy the cycle of dieting, body shame, and self-criticism can feel and I also know the freedom that comes when you finally break out of it. That’s what I want for every woman I work with.

Whether it’s through in-home meal prep, personal training or nutrition coaching, my mission is simple:

To help you feel at home in your body again. To give you the tools, support, and confidence you need to create habits that last and a life that feels as good as it looks.

Because health isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning to honor your body, embrace who you are, and finally live with the freedom you’ve been searching for.

Today, I know that health isn’t about perfection , it’s about balance, confidence, and freedom. And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you create: a life and body you truly feel at home in.
