Fill out a short form to share your goals, preferences, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll connect for a quick chat to explore your needs and schedule your first session.

2. Create Your Custom Menu
Once we’ve decided to move forward, you’ll receive a detailed intake form to capture your dietary needs and household details. I’ll use it to create a personalized menu designed just for you.

3. Cook & Prep Day
On your scheduled day, I’ll handle it all - from grocery shopping to cooking and clean-up. You’ll come home to a stocked fridge filled with fresh, nourishing meals ready to enjoy.

4. Adjust & Evolve Weekly
Each week, we’ll make small adjustments to flavours, portions, and recipes based on your feedback so everything stays perfectly aligned with your lifestyle and goals.

Investment

Because every home, menu, and goal is unique, pricing varies slightly based on service type, duration, and day of the week.
Here’s what to expect:
In-Home Meal Prep: Starting at $395 + groceries
Dinner Parties (6–8 Guests): Starting at $1,100 + groceries
Macro-Based Nutrition Support: Starting at $495 + groceries
Travel Fee: $25 per session (Collingwood, The Blue Mountains & surrounding area)
Each session has a 3.5-hour minimum and typically lasts 4–5 hours, depending on the menu and meal variety.
Grocery shopping is completed ahead of your session and is not included in your prep hours. I handle all the shopping and deliver the groceries directly to your kitchen, sourcing the freshest ingredients within your budget and from your preferred store or local market.
You can include any combination of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or snacks. Each menu is fully customized to your lifestyle, dietary preferences, and family’s needs.
While this is a meaningful investment, it’s also one that gives you back your time, energy, and peace of mind. My pricing reflects the care and quality that go into every part of the process from menu creation and grocery sourcing to in-home preparation and packaging.

Meal Prep FAQ’S:

Grocery shopping is completed ahead of your session and billed separately at $75/hr + the cost of groceries. I shop within your preferred budget and at your favourite local stores or markets, sourcing the freshest ingredients available. Groceries are delivered directly to your kitchen before I begin cooking.

Each session has a 3.5-hour minimum and typically lasts 4–5 hours, depending on your menu and how many meals we prepare. For dinner parties or high-volume sessions (such as athletic meal prep), the timeframe may extend to 6–8 hours.

Not at all. Most clients prefer to go about their day while I cook and prep. You’re welcome to be home if you’d like to chat, learn, or simply enjoy the aromas but it’s not required.

I use your existing cookware, utensils, and kitchen space to keep things simple and minimize cleanup. If there’s any specialty equipment needed (such as for a dinner party or plated experience), I’ll bring those items along or discuss it in advance.

I use your own Tupperware or food storage containers to package the meals. Please ensure you have sufficient containers available for the meals prepared.

I currently serve Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Meaford, and Wasaga Beach. If you’re located outside this region, travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Every menu is fully customized to your needs. I accommodate allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or plant-based cooking. We’ll discuss all of this in your intake form before your first session.

To reserve your session, a small deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows me to confirm your date, purchase groceries, and prepare everything with care.
In-Home Meal Prep: $100 deposit to secure your session.
Dinner Parties: 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
Macro-Based Meal Prep: $100 deposit or 25% of your plan total, depending on frequency.
The remaining balance, along with your grocery costs and any applicable travel fee, will be invoiced after your session. Payment can be made by e-transfer or your preferred method.
Deposits are non-refundable once grocery shopping has been completed, but sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Your deposit ensures your time is reserved, your ingredients are sourced fresh, and your meals are prepared with full attention and care.

Yes! You can purchase a digital or printed gift card for any amount. It’s a beautiful way to give someone the gift of time, nourishment, and ease.
