Hi, I’m Taya — your guide to building a healthier, happier life that actually feels good

I haven’t always had the best relationship with food, fitness, or my body. Growing up, I hated how I looked and didn’t treat myself well. I ate whatever, barely moved, and lived in a cycle of frustration.

When I finally stepped into the gym, I discovered bodybuilding — and I loved it. But what started as excitement quickly turned into obsession. I was chasing the number on the scale, tracking every bite, and constantly criticizing myself in the mirror.

That drive eventually took me to the bodybuilding stage. Competing taught me discipline, yes — but it also showed me the dark side of pushing too far. Over time, I learned something way more powerful: how to listen to my body, nourish it, and move in ways that make me feel strong and alive — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
