Do I need experience to start training with you?

Not at all. I work with beginners and experienced lifters — we’ll start at a pace that feels good for your body and build from there.

What’s the difference between in-person and online training?

In-person sessions are hands-on — I guide you through every rep in a private gym setting. Online training gives you a custom program to follow at your own pace, with check-ins and support along the way.

What kind of workouts do you do?

Mostly strength and functional training — tailored to your goals. We’ll focus on proper form, progressive overload, and building a body that feels strong and capable.

How often should I train with you?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Most clients train 1–3x/week. We’ll find a rhythm that’s realistic and effective for you.
